I was looking for vegetarian/vegan blogs online and found this "recipe" on one that I had to share. It is for Chia Seed Pudding and man is it good. I read the book Born To Run and this is basically a take off of the drink they mention in the book, only it is more dessert friendly and really healthy for you.
The Basic Recipe:
3/4 cups chia seeds
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
sweetener or vanilla extract to taste
Stir, wait five minutes and stir again. Repeat for 30 minutes and when you are done it will look and taste like tapioca. I tried it and man was it good! Thanks www.choosingraw.com
